How much is Shipping?

Shipping is currently £7.00 flat rate, this means you can order as many items as you like.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept all Debit/Credit Cards, Paypal & Google Checkout

We also accept Cheque's & money orders (BACs/CHAPS).

Please note: payment by Cheque or BACS/CHAPS will delay your order by an additional 3-7 days after receipt of payment to allow your cheque or money order to clear.

In addition to this, we also accept Purchase Orders for Schools, Charity's & most Government Organisations, please call beforehand if you are unsure.

What's the difference between a Remanufactured Consumable and a Compatible one?

Basically,  "Remanufactured" is the original OEM product that has been stripped out and replaced with new working parts, saving around 30-50% of the price of a brand new one,  a compatible is usually made by a 3rd party company.

I have a broken printer and I need it fixed, what services can you offer?

We have a few options available, we can arrange to have your printer, collected, repaired and delivered back to you at a fixed price (POA) or we can arrange or an engineer to attend your site if it's too big to be moved.  Please click on this link for more information.
