Maintenance Agreements:
We pride ourselves on tailor making maintenance agreements to our customer’s specific requirements. All printers under these agreements are covered for unlimited call outs, all labour and spare parts. Our engineers carry spare parts with them which mean we can guarantee printer up-time with out the need for loan printers. Preventative maintenance can also be included in our agreements to reduce the number of emergency calls.

 Pay As You Go:
We charge a fixed call-out charge including unlimited labour no matter how long the repair takes. We do not charge for travel time or by the hour

If your repair requires any spare parts then you will be quoted for that part after the initial assessment of the printer, giving you the option to only proceed if you feel the repair is cost effective.

Repairs are covered by a three-month service warranty.
