I have a HP2600n machine which has been brilliant , but for some reason and coincidentally the ink ran out and despite replacing could not get machine to work did usual troubleshooting , could not resolve. Went on HP helpline still could not resolve , got a techy friend 2 hours later still not working having spent nearly £200 on ink I was loathe to get just another machine and to be honest the HP 2600n was faultless , so I went on Internet and sourced a recon. machine . However , I queried the problem I had with my existing and was surprised when I received a rapid reply from Darren advising me that the problem may not be with the machine and offered some tips. He told me NOT to get another machine as I may simply have the same problem. I can now tell you getting another Techy in to look at this - the problem is resolved and we are going through the network rather than USB and its working a treat , and remotely! Considering Darren from Athema was advising me not to spend my money with them , he was still prepared to offer excellent advise
Based on this I can only highly recommend Athema and next time I want any equipment they will be my first port of call. Well done for excellent Customer Service. Angela
