We ordered a reconditioned Xerox printer. The level of service was excellent with a pre-shipping telephone call to check on exactly what our requirements were. The printer shipped quickly and arrived as described. Post-delivery support was also excellent and all done with a friendly proficiency. Thoroughly recommended.
