Above and Beyond the Call of Duty. My HP Printer had become problematic in that on some pages the print was faded. Having explained the problem to Darren who in turn sought the advice of an engineer, I was given some advice which cured the problem and my printer is again printing beautifully. I was totally impressed with the way Darren went above and beyond the call of duty when in reality he wasn't obliged to. Wonderful Customer Service.....
