I purchased a refurbished printer which was promptly delivered and in excellent cosmetic condition. However on connecting up, a small fault occurred. I contacted Athema by email and was advised by return that their engineer had diagnosed the problem and a replacement (plug in) part was in the post. That came next day and I fitted it.
