We ordered a refurbished printer from Athema which was a direct replacement for our very old and very tired IBM 4232. Darren could not have been more helpful. Sadly the printer arrived damaged and had to be returned for a refund but I would not hesitate to recommend the company. Their level of service and customer care is second to none.
