Although I was not expecting the appliance to have a 2-pin continental plug, I was very pleased with the customer service when I contacted Athema to query this. I received a very quick reply to my email and a very immediate explanation when I telephoned the same day as well. I received the promised adapter within 2 days and felt much better about my transaction. This made up for me not being very happy to start with that nowhere I could see anything on the product description on the website that it would include a continental mains plug - you don't have to use this comment but I may not have ordered the item if I had known. Thanks anyway for the adaptor.
