You guys rock. I have ordered from Athema for years and I always get my orders freakishly fast, and I've never had a problem with a return. I was sitting in bed at about 9pm last night and I ordered something, and it's already out for delivery today. Crazy! so I just wanted to send some praise your way. I am more than willing to pay a little more to get the great customer service!
