Maintenance Agreements & Contracts:
We pride ourselves on helping out our customers by tailor making maintenance contracts to our customer’s specific requirements and needs. All the printers under these agreements are covered with unlimited call outs, and all labour and spare parts are included in the monthly/yearly price. The engineers carry most major spare parts with them so we can guarantee printer uptime as soon as possible without the need for loan printers (we try to avoid this is at all possible). A preventative maintenance contract can also be included in our contracts to help reduce the number of emergency call outs.

Pay As You Go:
We can also charge a fixed callout charge, including unlimited labour. So no matter how long the repair takes you will not be charged any more to give you peace of mind. We do not charge for travel time or by the hour, you will only pay for any spare parts that may be needed.
So,if your repair requires any spare parts, then you will be quoted for that part after the initial assessment of the printer and we will give you the option to only proceed if you feel the repair is cost effective, we can usually determine most of this over the phone/email beforehand.
Any repairs are covered by a three or six month warranty, subject to conditions.
