I had already already tried to purchase the printer from Amazon but they managed to send to wrong one. So I was hesitant to put my trust in someone I had never heard of before especially as the price was so competitive. I had a few questions and I got the answers back very quickly and accurately from Darren Langshaw. Within 24 hours City Link were on my door step and the correct printer in perfect condition was installed in my office. The only thing I was missing was an invoice, an email to Darren and in 1 minute it was returned with invoice attached. Perfect!
