Found Athema Services through a Google Search for a replacement Dot Matrix printer (yes they are still used!). They were the only ones with stock, and was always a bit worried because I had not heard of them before, having had previous bad experiences with Internet orders. Printer turned up within two days and had a response to my emails very quickly. Would use again if I had to. Printer was very well packed, just watch out for the million polystyrene bits in the box!
