The refurbished HP LaserJet 1012 arrived in good condition and is performing well. What would have earned an extra gold star would be receiving a USB lead along with the mains lead provided, and instead of the ten printouts of the HP test page, a print out of their Quick Start Guide for the 1010 series which only occupies six pages.
