This was an excellent purchase. The refurbishment was professionally effected and in fact the item (a netbook computer from HP) appears and works as new. I am extremely pleased with this purchase. We now have a technical resource worth in excess of 1000 pounds for an outlay of less than 200 pounds. Brilliant acquisition.
