We ordered a samsung multifunction printer from Athema. Unfortunately when the printer arrived a few days later it was damaged upon carrige. When I contacted Athema to notify them of this they responded positive way. Once we established that the printer was damaged beyond repair they promptly arranged a replacement printer to be sent to us. This arrived two days later. Despite the obvious inconvenience of not having the printer on the day, Athema dealt with the issue quickly and did their upmost to resolve it. I wish all of the companies we deal with had their customer service level. Would recommend them to anyone and will certainly be using them again.
