Have been having real problems with a series of OfficeJet 100 printers which are the H470 replacement from H-P. It's a very long story but I eventually decided to get a reconditioned H470 to replace mine that packed up after five years of hard use. Chose Athema Services from an internet search and rang them up to discuss availability. Was very pleased to have an intelligent conversation with the business owner who answered the phone. Printer arrived sooner than expected and worked straight out of the box. Surprised to find it came complete with fitted ink cartridges. Very pleased with my decision. Have now received a brand new OfficeJet 100 from HP Support (who are excellent, actually, pity about the product) but I don't want to even open the box. Am minded to carry on with recon H470s and flog the 100 unopened.
