Hi there, We architects are hard on our printers because we have to reproduce drawings and documents frequently and I cover mine with note, dimensions and instructions which I type on my word processor and them print onto Safmat. I have found Darren at Athema to be calm and clear on the telephone and extremely helpful. The refurbished printer I have recently bought from Athema looks and sounds as good as new.
